Areas of Expertise
ENABLER
In my career, I have found the most satisfaction when I can have the biggest impact on enablement. As a technology coordinator at an English school in Japan, I was able to implement new technology into a primarily book-based curriculum, increasing the engagement of students. As a program manager at a prestigious Japanese school, I was able to use my skills in curriculum development, graphic design, event planning, and process development to lead a team to build an innovative program from the ground up, impacting the education of over 4,000 students. In 2018 I started my role as a CX Enablement Manager where I was able to develop tools, training, and help create processes to drive success for a department of 200.
CURRICULUM & TRAINING DEVELOPER
Since 2003 I have created over 2,000 lesson plans. In that time, I have also had the opportunity to develop a number of extensive learning programs. The audience for these programs ranges from individuals ages 3-85 from all over the world. I have developed and delivered training for topics such as art, music, sports, English for business, Agile, adoption, portfolio management, and project management.
MANAGER
I have always contained a passion for increasing the efficiency and motivation of the programs and people I have had the privilege to be a part of. From 2014-2016, I grew into the role of a program manager and had the opportunity to lead a team of 4 full-time and 20 part-time employees at Toin University. At Workfront, I have fully managed three interns and mentored another 10 individuals. In 2018, with only a team of 1-2 interns, we were able to complete 33 assets, 25 online courses, 15 process-related projects, 66 articles, 17 newsletters and also maintain the updates of all assets for the department. I believe the success of these programs was driven by my ability to encourage focus through leadership, organization, and effective project management.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
After developing an interest for graphic design in University and completing a number of classes, I have continued to develop my skills through freelance, personal and professional work. I have created logos, websites, business cards, posters, character illustrations, signs, pamphlets and all kinds of learning materials from PowerPoints to worksheets to interactive online training modules.
Fun Facts
I lived in Asia for 5 years
I created an entire art installation out of cardboard
I played in a jazz band for 8 years

TESTIMONIALS
Toshie Okada
Chief / Toin University
She has been a great instructor and coordinator at Toin English Village. Without her, we could not have overcome the difficulties we met when we founded this new facility. It was an absolute delight working with her. She is one of the most sincere and reliable persons I have ever worked with.

I helped hire Jaimee to spearhead the founding of an innovative program at a major university in Japan, and on multiple occasions, it was Jaimee’s dedication, charisma, and intelligence that held the program together to become a success. Amongst the administrators and staff, everyone always praised Jaimee with gratitude for her performance and friendship. I’m excited for her future accomplishments.
Rani Hamann-Nazaroff
Co-worker / ISE
Jaimee and I met as coworkers at an English language school in Yokohama in the fall of 2012. She was a team player, creative, reliable and approachable. She communicated her ideas well and it was productive to collaborate with her when planning students’ lessons. Jaimee definitely brought the office into the 21st century, helping to make the newly purchased iPads a fun part of classroom time. She researched and downloaded new apps and shared this information during staff meetings. Jaimee was a highly sought-after teacher, accumulating many requests from students of all ages. She became a great friend to me and helped me with IT advice for my own classroom. Jaimee would be a great addition to any new workplace.
My Mom
Home / Grangeville, ID
“Won’t someone put me to bed?” With hands on her hips, these were the words spoken by the toddler, Jaimee, at a family gathering which lingered past her bedtime. She loved beets as a preschooler. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers became favorite heroes in early grade school. She started her first business adventure making and selling beaded hemp bracelets at school. Unfortunately, the principal shut down the shop before Jaimee and her business partners could make their first million.
